Gatherova grew out of a very real frustration. Working in youth ministry meant constantly wrestling with expensive software that never quite did what was needed — tools that were overpriced, overcomplicated, or simply not built with organisations like ours in mind. It felt like the market had forgotten that not every organisation has an enterprise budget. So we built something better: professional-grade software designed to help teams work more efficiently, at a price point that is actually accessible.
Gatherova started as a simple scheduling tool built to solve a real problem — organising events, managing volunteers, and keeping teams connected. What began as an internal tool quickly grew into a comprehensive platform used by organisations of all sizes.
We believe that the tools you use to run your organisation should be powerful, affordable, and easy to use. You shouldn’t need a degree in IT to manage your events, communicate with your team, or run a live presentation.
